Mini Sessions are announced seasonally to my email subscribers first!

Sessions
A limited number of sessions are offered and are filled on a first-come/first-serve basis. SUBSCRIBE to join my newsletter list and hear about mini sessions first!
Mini Session fees include 8 digital images of your choice from your online proofing gallery, and include black and white copies at no extra charge. Mini Session galleries will contain ~20-25 images for you to choose from.
location
Sessions will be held outdoors and take place at a local park in the St. Louis area, subject to availability.
booking
Please reserve your Mini Session online at the link provided when Minis are announced. You will sign the Portrait Agreement contract at the time of booking.
Next, I will email you a Minor Release (if applicable) and an invoice, to be paid within 24 hours of receipt to keep your session time.
** If payment is not received within 24 hours, I will have to cancel your session and release it to waiting clients.
** Your reservation is not finalized until I have received the Portrait Agreement, Minor Release and full payment.

payment
Full payment is due to complete your booking. Payments are accepted online by clicking the link in your invoice.
IMPORTANT: Mini Sessions are non-refundable.
If you are unable to keep you appointment, you may transfer your session to someone else. If you need to transfer your session to a friend, I require updated contracts with the new client’s information in advance of the session.
Please notify me of any transfers so that I can prepare contracts for the new client. The new client can contact me at the address below to provide their contact information.
Additional Images, prints & products
Each Mini Session fee includes 8 digital images of your choice from your proofing gallery. Additional digital files may be purchased individually or you may add on the entire gallery.
Full galleries can be pre-purchased in advance of your session at a discount, and will still be available once galleries are delivered at the regular price.
Prints and other display products are available for purchase. Print and product purchases are subject to all applicable Missouri sales tax.
Rescheduling & inclement weather
Cancellations due to weather will be at the photographer’s discretion. A re-shoot date will be provided in the event of inclement weather.
