A little more about me…I am originally from the midwest and I came to Saint Louis by way of Denver, CO, where I went to grad school, learned to snowboard and met my husband.

I got my first ‘real’ camera as a Mother’s Day gift while I was pregnant with our first child. I was hooked. Eager to capture those once-in-a lifetime moments every mother wants to remember, I starting soaking up everything I could learn about photography. Now, I am honored to capture special memories for your family.

I’ve become a little obsessed with photography, but it wasn’t always so. I am a former research scientist turned stay-at home mama of two amazing kiddos. (Yes, really. I used to spend all my time in a lab deciphering the mysteries of the immune system!) I love cooking with my husband, getting together with friends and baking and decorating cakes. Oh, and chocolate. Wow. . . I really love food. I also love a clean house and organizing stuff. Clutter makes me crazy. When I’m not doing all things photo-related you’ll find me hanging out with my family and our 80 pound lap dog.
